LL MF Righteous Fire Proof of Concept High Budget Build

Hello, I'm going to explain my proof of concept Righteous Fire build. The core of the build is utilizing the extreme benefits of the Divination Distillate flask, which gives two of the best stats in the game, IIQ and +max res. Under normal circumstances, the flask is normally impossible to be kept active for any real amount of time due to the effects stopping at either full health or mana.
How it works
This build utilizes Omeyocan to keep our mana perpetually empty, and Blood Rage (as we take no fire damage, or very little without 1+ max res corruption) We need our life regen to be as close to 0 as possible, but definitely negative so we can do an entire map without needing to turn blood rage off. My current PoB utilizes an abyss jewel with life regenerated while moving to get us to -.6 life regen a second. However, unlike the life version which can NOT regen except through the usage of potions, our build has a small amount of ES regen, around 400, as well as having moderate uptime on Vaal Discipline, which would regen a couple thousand ES a second. This is a huge QoL feature, as using a life flask would get you to full health, causing Divination Distillate to stop and need to be reactivated.

Pros

  • Nearly Immortal, 99 - 100% fire res depending on quality of gear, 98% cold resistance, 90% lightning resistance. The more max res you have the more valuable it is. Also we use fortify and have at least 30% of our physical damage take as cold or fire damage, effectively negating that much. 7.2k ES.
  • Mind numbingly fast - 172% MS BEFORE shield charging. That's right, this build can shield charge. How tf? Just Pathfinder things.
  • Immune to ailments - This build cannot be affected by elemental ailments, and with Apep's supremacy we are unaffected by bleed and poison actually buffs us. We also have a warding flask.
  • Enough DPS for anything in the game - 500k - ~1m single target, (more then) 200k for general clear. Vaal Righteous Fire is pretty neat.
  • IIQ - This build get's ~34% IIQ from our flask and a ventor's. Pretty valuable, we sacrifice almost nothing for this, just an opal ring.

Cons

  • Price - On IHC this build will run you nearly 16 Ex for most pieces, except the important ones. Those being the 6L, preferably max resistance corruption Shav's, and a Watcher's Eye with phys as fire. Without the corruption that a little over doubles the cost. Can save a bit on a 5L shav's but meh. Maybe around 40ex with the gems.
  • Finickyness - This build is finicky. You need to constantly (every level up and every piece of gear bought with a change in life/str) manage your life regen so it's as close to 0 as possible. If you take too long in a map you will have to turn blood rage off so you can regen, which will not fit in a weapon, so you have to manually do it. You must manage Vaal discipline, or your regen won't be great, not that you'll take much damage. Gear is nearly non-negotiable.
  • Spread Out - Build is incredibly spread out across the tree, combined with the finickyness of balancing life regen it probably isn't even worth it to play this build until you respec in your 90's.
