3.5k life only. The idea is to use incinerate & faster casting to benefit most from deadeye's tailwind, and finish your opponent off in 1 or 2 hits. The build can get 260 movespeed using phase run + enhance. and since i'm usin deadeye the mirror arrow/blink arrow cd is low and the base movespeed of the char is about 216% MS. incinerate + faster casting is the clunky part but if you can pull off that, the damage is really high and the character is really easy to use. i'll write a guide as soon as possible when i have time.
