Are any gems worth anything besides +20 and drop-only?

For example, with certain quality percentage below 20, specific gems, etc.? But let's exclude portal and +xp (drop-only) gems and +20 quality, since those are probably worth something. :)

Just want to clean up my stash a bit with gems I don't need and aren't going to use and wondering if I should keep some of them...
