Decent WeD Ring But What is it's value??

I just found this and I think it might be of somewhat value, I understand it's far from Godly due to the low life role and the Gold Ring base but what would something like this sale for? As I've only been playing for a couple of months I'm still taking in a lot of info and not quite sure how to value everything yet. Any info would be much appreciated,
