Hiero Frostbolt build help

Hi,
I'm trying to modify a bit LiftingNerdBro build because I want to use Soul Mantle and 2 x Shimmeron and probably it will be also cheaper than original build. I would appreciate if someone could take a look and give an advice what can be improved.

Basically this is a mix of 2 other builds:

Blubaer Scion build has Pathfinder node so managing flasks is much easier, I'm not sure if build without that node will be able to remove curses from Soul Mantle even using 2 Warding flasks.
