1H Sword with 300+ pdps

New player, still have problems what I should look for when I ID my stuff, i got the basics down but when u get something good the small things matter too and thats where I got stuck here.

My question really is, should i factor in the implicit, the accuracy and life leech into the price?
I doubt the dex is usefull.
Makes a diffrence between 50c and up to 2-3ex i reckon.
