PC on 2h 6l Vaal Axe

Long time casual player here and I'm just now getting into trading. Trying to figure out what stuff is worth. Most of the times I get an idea via trading website, but sometimes there is nothing comparable listed.

This one seems nice damage-wise and I feel the bleeding thing could be good, but maybe not on a 2H?
