Audio issues with soundblaster x7 sence 3.0 update

I was hoping that this issues would be resolved easy; however it has not been. I first experienced this issue half way through harbinger league. At that point in time the issue was audio would randomly cut in and out for my whole system while playing Path of Exile. However, now the issue has gotten worse. The moment I boot up the game or very shortly after it crashes my entire external dac forcing me to restart the dac and the computer. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue.


My specs:
gaming 970 MSI motherboard.
Navida GTX 1080 TI founders edition card
FX 8350 CPU OC 4.5ghz
Asus ROG 2k monitor 144hz
Sound-blaster x7 external CAD/AMP

Things I have done to fix the issue.

1. Updated all Drivers including mouse, keyboard, GPU, Bios, Sound Card
2. Reformat windows 10 with a clean install.
3. use windows 10 troubleshooting for sound card.
4. try diffrent setting in game and for sound card.

Please Help, This issue has made the game unplayable!!

Ps. If there is anything that I have missed or should redo in order to help trouble shoot this issue please let me know, I will definitively Try it.

I guess no one els has any ideas of what I might do to fix this issue :(
