Shaper/Elder Items Thread (Also corny comedy/boredom thread lol)

This is a 3 suffix base I just chaos spammed on the first high level shaper item I got to drop



If there's one thing trappers and miners need it was more damage and more sockets. Amirite?

They probably see less players on than usual, statistically. Their first idea is, make them work for newer better items! That will keep them buying MTXs and farming!

I think it's changing the game.

Whether it's positive or negative is for us to determine in the long run.

PvP's dead, but PvE was getting really stale lately.

No chase items. Rare items being worth either too much or nothing at all. People with mirror bases getting endless wealth on standard.

Now we've got all these new maps with the content from acts 5 to 10 AND new powerful mods on items. Mods that are varied enough to see a lot of versions of each item type. Each serving a different purpose.

The balancing itself is...well... we'll see I guess.

But I'm definitely interested in running maps now, which is no small feat.

I guess thats a good point. At first I was like god damnit I dont wanna farm anymore XD After reading your sentiments, I feel a little more at ease. Its understandable that ahfacks mad, he has more to lose than most by newer stronger items. I will just have to snipe poe.trade I guess XD

Thats a good PR move attitude. Making moves. Honestly if I was you, I would be mad. Without new items you are guaranteed to make orbs hand over fist. The rich usually do get richer more easily with new content since it takes orbs to make orbs, or good gear to farm more effectively. So you still have a huge advantage over most. I am curious to see what comes from all these insane new craftables.

Not pr, just being real. I'm fairly lucky compared to most because the things I get many customers on is pretty safe because they're either perfect how they are or legacy. Legacy 70multi ammy, legacy ES LLRF stuff, legacy insanity gloves, 25multi steel ring, and so on. It got to the point where there was nothing left to craft, so I was just buying alt arts and stuff.

Would much rather be crafting :)
