Can We Have Some Prizes That Aren't Raffle?

Why are 99.999% of these 10-day race prizes raffled? Concrete goals would be nice. I'm going to practice racing to A10 Kitava the next few days. I could do it on Mayhem but what's the point? Even if i hit 90 i would most likely get literally nothing to show for it.

The only concrete prizes are top 5 in class, which is only for the top 0.001% of characters. Would it really be that bad to reward the top 50-100 in class with a boot skin, or whatever?
