PvP Balance

Hi everyone! We all know that pvp is beoynd broken cause of some items and skills. Every game is created for fun, but PvP in PoE isnt fun with the unbalanced 1 shoot skills. I have some ideas that cloud bring the desire balance we all need. I will post about mechanics, skills and items that currently badly need a revamps.
1. MECHANICS
- max block reduction vs players 50%
- max elemental penetration vs players 50%
- Improve Dodge and Spell Dodge
2. Skills
- Fireball: reduce explosion AoE damage by 50%
- Kinetic Blast: AoE damage reduced from 25% to 33%
- Flame Blast: Max spell damage gain to the last stage 300%
- Scorching Ray: Reduce cast speed by 30%
- Blight: Reduce secondary duration by 50%
- Bear traps: remove them from secondary damage. Now they can be blockable, dodgable, evadable
- Reduce block Gem: Now add only reduce block instead of both reduce blcok and dodge
- Add new gem : Reduce Dodge gem: similar like RBG but vs dodge
- Add new aura: Chaos resists: Add chaos resists and 30% reduce damage to chaos damage over time
- Explosive Arrows: Reduce explosion damage by 20%
3. Items
- Death Doors: Now remove cannont be inflicted with bleedings anf now gives : 60% chance to avoide bleed and 80% reduce effect on bleeds on you
- Death Oath's chaso aura: reduce damage by 33%
- Zerphi;s flask: From 800% to 500%
- Quill Rain Bow: from 30% reduce weapon damage to 20% reduce global damage

Idk I think you are missing some key skills and mechanics needing balance. Also something to keep in mind is, HLD is vast. There is a ton of mechanics and its hard to take everything into consideration. I noticed you forgot winter XD

Yes winter and all gloves enchance shoud not receive bonus from elemental, projectile and spell damage

This thread is pointless. Where all those number have been pulled from? Values balancing is developers prerogative. If you have some concerns — don't try to suggest a (presumably wrong) solution. Just try to describe a problem.

like, "Since 2.0 avg fight turned into instant action. pvp damage is too high. 1-hit-kill isn't fun"
or "Dear GGG, it's time to stop ignoring pvp aspect of the game, we don't need pvp content, just a proper damage reduction for all skills, can you assign at least one person to fix everything you broke after 2.0?"
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess

Ya I think the OP suggestion would make some tanks unkillable and then they would just use SR like they do now and melt any non tank XD
