New to Poe (Hc Freeze Pulse Templar play through)

I'm new to Path but I've played a lot of Diabo 3 and D&D games for awhile. I recently started playing when my coworker and I talked about it earlier in the summer. Now that my schedule has calmed down, I wanted to try it out.

I did some research on a cheap decent build but I would appreciate it if people who've been playing for awhile gave me some advice and chatted with me.
