Chat bug

Hello
I want to write message "Rare stronboxes are rare but loot is still same shit from it' or something like that and i guess press enter.
Then message won't shows up in general chat but the worst part is that my whole keyboard goes completely dead/turned off.
So i need to reset pc as i can't logout using mouse.
It was some anti swear tool or wtf?
There was some dc on line possible as i saw disconnect from achievements before or after.
No, it wasn't some weird windows fucked up as keyboard was still green light and after reset it was all fine i don't need to replug it.
