Text description in lower right inventory vibrate in place

opening your inventory and mousing over items in it causes the description of the item to vibrate in place making it hard to read. The left side of the inventory does not do this.

Yea I have this issue also. I really cannot figure out why it happens.
I currently have the Conqueror's Efficiency all of the horizontal spaces make this items name shake or vibrate  | |

I have noticed this issue only with Unique jewels on and space in the third row of inventory

I have noticed this issue as well with items in the rightmost column of the inventory
