Two of a kind achivement broken or unclear

The Two of a kind achievement is either unclear or it's broken. One can have two sets of weapons. When I have Drillneck in both of sets, it doesn't count as achieved. Either two unique Rotgut flasks doesn't count. I'm not sure if flash are equipped and other set count as equipped. If it doesn't, I think the text should be more clear. Still, I think that two flasks should count.

This didn't triggered for me despite the fact that I have 2* ventor gamble equipped.
But then I encountered a unique strongbox called Empyrean Apparatus: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Empyrean_Apparatus it dropped one unique atoll map and two unique strand maps. The prophecy did triggered after I picked those two unique strand maps in my inventory. weird |
