Advice wanted for LLD builds

I want to get into PvP with one goal: Get an overgrown hideout from Leo.
I figure the easiest way to do this is to make a LLD build. I have a fair amount of money to throw at this in standard to invest in gear. Any advice on what people would recommend or if there's a better way to go about this? I saw some existing builds, but they were from 2014, I didn't know if they were outdated or not. easiest way to do is HLD actually. especially if you wanna get a wander.

If you just want to farm leo dailies, you could create both LLD and HLD characters, but if you want to really push it with 1v1s you rather need a HLD char
