Ya Chris confirmed this to me back in January and I've mentioned it several times on these forums. Also why there is still a glimmer of hope for pvp in 3.0 since Xbox will be 3.0 at launch and supported.

Would be actually nice, even for us, if they apply balance fixes to xbox they could as well copy it to pc version.
