More transparent info on random race rewards?

I'm talking about micro-transactions like

Prizes for this event:
The following prizes are available to players who meet specific level thresholds.:

Level 20: 10x Beta Keys and 50x Radiant Footprints.
Level 25: 20x Ebony Weapon Effect.


Wouldn't it be a lot nicer if GGG was transparent about who actually won some random stuff?
The ladders are always visible on the "race event topic" and after the rewards are given out.
It would be nice to see an icon on the ladder knowing oh this person won an ebony weapon effect.

For all I know they could only have given out 5 ebony effects and no one would even know.
(Not saying they do, just more general information to the public would be nice)

I'm kinda new to racing, but we've done like 5-6 so far reaching the level requirements but no luck so far in winning a key/anything for me nor my friend.
