i think with perfect form chest + rumis + rearguard and its pretty much possible to get 75/75 block and 58~ spell dodge. and that is the way to deal with flameblast build only.
of course you need a very fast character too. was lib using brass dome while in the match that you have won(and uploaded)? "You have great power. You're right to be proud. It's unfortunate you have to die now, but I will honor you with 45% of my strength."
