Feature request for the Character Selection Screen

It would be nice to just move the mouse over the name of the race
and read a text with a summary of the race, explaining what will gonna
happen, some info.

I know that races details are in the forum but this is more easy
and fast to players just jump in and start the race without losing time
searching in the forum for the specific race.
