Need Help with Inquisitor Arc Build

I need help with how to push pas tier 11. I get raped by tier 11 and some of the tier 10 maps I can barely do. Its the only character on my account. I followed this guide basically and now I am stuck at tier 11. This is my first character nearly 3 years so I have completely forgotten how to play.....
