Yeah, it's like vortex before a t-value was added. GGG keeps making the same mistakes.
We're going to see all life builds throw in the towel and go CI if decay isn't addressed. Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.

" It's already the case in Essence but it doesn't matter very much because everyone is CI (except for me but I already have a side tree for it, I just can't bother to level another char and buy new jewels ^^) Also Decay real power comes with Essence Drain and Vortex where you can scale that stuff to sky high levels with spell damage mods.
