Essence of Delirium Decay mod is broken (fixed in patch 2.4.2)

After playing with it for a while and also against it I can confirm that Decay is 100% broken in pvp.

Not a single life build in ESC survived my decay, not a single one.
Also my character got 7.2k life, 75% chaos res and 350regen but still can't survive a slightly boosted Decay (not talking about the monster ED/Vortex ones).

To be simple, there is no way to survive a boosted decay as a life build at the moment (except maybe zerphi but because decay last 8 seconds, a single mistake and you're gone) as you can't dispel it like Poison.

Possible Fixes :

- Add T value
- Allow Poison mod on flask to dispell it
- Reduce Effect on players like TC

EDIT : Decay has been added T values and doesn't do any dangerous damages now.

IMO T value like vortex.

I had 700 mana cost, around 8.5-8.8 attacks per second, so I healed around 31k life per second. With 75% chaos res I survived ED, with 52% I died, so yea, it hurts a lot.

So, raw damage w/o pvp scaling w/ all post 2.0 'more' multipliers can hurt. unexpected.

It's not even the most optimized setup as my main build try to fucs on triple degen (fire, cold and Chaos) but you can see how bad it is on the ED tests.

So yes it need some form of pvp damages scaling or this will definitely be the nail in the coffin for Life Builds.

I'm already thinking about converting this build to CI but having to switch all my jewels to ES would cost me way too much.

Decay is officially dead in pvp wich is a good thing, now let's go back to the usual EA cheesing and bragging.
