[US/TX] PvP Afk Player (Content Deputy on the Case)

Welcome to the evaluation of PvP on the US Servers, this one is Texas.
Before you say it, yes this is a fan made account of iDubbbzTV. However this is a parody account, where I review PvP servers or find possible crooks. It is your job to evaluate my evaluation and make a judgement. Comments are welcome. Now many of you may not know, there is a player by the name MmmmmissDude who is AFK. Don't even try to melee attack him, because he has this axe throwing frost aura and a flame bombardment. It's the same everytime, not like he's actually playing either. The only time he moved was when my zombies pushed him a bit off. Now, I'm a Ranger; but even still I have trouble killing this foe. Even a level higher than him wasn't able to kill him, and fun fact: I dominated that higher level. So what's the fuss? Hackusation should occur? Where is the GGG at? Proof of AFK:  Is this man guilty of something? Should we take this man down? Or is he innocent and is too powerful for a level 60 to kill? Tell me in the comments out.
