Low Lev pvp melee build(28)?

Hello guys, just a question. I use a standard char to farm lev 28 items, usually i play in hc leagues. I want to know if there are good builds for mara and duellist lev 28 and items for pvp!! I have some interest in pvp cause is one of the core of games for me ;) Ty and have a good day all!
