It's still very good. Shaper of Desolation now grants different Confluxes over a fourteen-second cycle: Chilling Conflux for four seconds, Shocking Conflux for four seconds, Igniting Conflux for four seconds and then all three together for two seconds. Each Conflux means that any damage causes that Status Ailment. Elemental Conflux was too powerful. The new version requires more strategy (and doesn't need a kill to get started). I'm a little sad about conflux, but I never really got it very often since player deaths didnt' seem to be a reliable sorce for it (NOT 'cause I'm bad, shutup), and minions usually have instability. But traps/mines were a good source for that shit, but flasks and maybe made ele conflux's usefulness negotiable.
Sure as fuck was good in PVE though, I'll miss my elemental rain :( Lavender or Leave.

Where's my damage !? I need to find another class... templar is garbage now haha. Time for some adjustments... - Good call to nerf inquisitor overall but should probably have left like 25% pen block to make the class viable.
