Why don't you kill the worms with orb of storms, its .5 sec base cast speed vs .9 sec vortex. That would save some time and mana. Also innervate grants 7 sec onslaught. OoS + innervate + FC, the best HoT trigger ever.
with maximized shock chance this build would be possible even w/o legacy vinkar. Problem: impostor syndrome

its possible to miss, worms have base 5% chance to evade, attack has to be AoE, basically Shield Charge only... I don't like the idea :P

I checked with leo after those matches, over 17k rep. Kinda makes me wonder why the folks who turn up to arena expecting handouts don't just organise to abuse ctf for points, 5 more days of this and i'll have him at level 8.
