2.3.1 Combat sounds are stuttering

Right after that patch my gameplay sound has gone bonkers.

Lootfilter sounds are just fine.

combat sounds are stuttering with the occasional crash.

anybody else got this problem?

Could you give more details?

In what situations does this happen, what type of character/build are you playing, what character of yours are you using when this occurs? (I can try that character on our testing server).

Oh also, what areas were you playing in?

Im having similar problems since 2.3.1 hotfix. Im playing with alot of trigger skills and my gameplay is filled with constant explosions all around me, this leads to stuttering sound and worst of all, LAG of death.

As is, the sound is a gamebreaker for me. The game is hard enough without lags and I really dont enjoy playing without sound.....

Genereal sound is really great since the patch, but in combat is permanent stuttering and that sounds horrible. Problem is with my firestorm witch and stuttering seems to come mostly from the firestorm impacts. Sounds like the sound system getting problems when the same sounds needs to play multiple times at once.
