Rumi' flask vs BCR

Currently at 75% max block. Does it have any effect to use Rumi's (30%)flask against Block chance reduction gem users?? Can we sustain >70% block during the flask duration vs BCR?

Afaik, the 75% cap is calculated first, and then the enemy BCR, so Rumi has no effect if you are capped without it.

Yeah the only way I see this helping ever would be if there was a curse or something that brought down block chance like elemental weakness brings down ele res

Seems like you can't overcap block indeed based on my observation.
Even With 75/75 I got shredded by builds using bcr + leo mod (wich make me laugh when people say that block is too strong). |
