Gloves:
Any high ES gloves will do, Horror gloves is better IMO


Armor:
Any high ES chest with some resist will do // Can you a The Beast Fur Shawl aswell


Boots:
Any high ES with 25+ movement speed will do // Skyforth is BIS tho, but add's alot of cost.


Belt:
Crytal belt by far // Headhunter is BIS, but soo expensive


Shield:
Any high ES Spell crit/spell damage shield will do


Helmet:
Any high ES helmet will do, go for the 40% ice nova dmg enchant


Rings:
Get the resist and attribute roll's you need (Opal and Diamond base is the best)


Amulet:
Look for a good Crit / Crit multi / ES / %ES amulet


Dagger:
The dagger is potentially the single most expensive item in this build
Stats to look for:

With Vessel of Vinktar (Most important to least important):
Increased Critical Strike Chance For Spells
Added Lightning Damage To Spells
Attack Speed
Critical Strike Multiplier
Spell Damage ( This is usefull early on and for single target )

You can get away with using only a Chill of Corruption for something like strand farming, however for it to feel really good you should add two Sacrificial Harvests with at least 26% roll.

Yoou can level up with this build, however is the not the fastest, nor the best at early levels, it only really starts to shine when you hit act4 Dried Lake.Once you hit 69 and merciless dried lake you are ready to spec into the full build. After you have to this, you just stay in Dried lake up to level 80 and then start mapping. Important! Level your Ice Nova gems on the way or buy already leveld ones to be ready for the swap.

Chest: Vaal Ice Nova - Increased Area of Effect - Increased Critical Strikes - Spell Echo - Controlled Destruction - Cold to fire (Use Empower if you have the money)

Gloves: Ice Nova - Spell Echo - Controlled Destruction - Cold to fire (Use enpower if you have the money, you can swap Controlled Destruction with Increased Area of Effect if you don't have Dying Sun)

Boots: CWDT level 1- immortal Call - Warlord's Mark - Increased Duration (it can be hard to roll 4 reds on ES boots so you can swap duration for Vortex or Tempest shield)

Weapon: Shield Charge - Faster Attacks - Fortify

Helmet: Heral of Thunder - Discipline - Enlighten (lvl 3 will do) and lightning golem which doesn't need to be linked

Shield: Herald of Ice - Curse on Hit - Poacher's Mark (If you don't have Skyforth or Blue dream use Assassin Mark for power charge generation)

What you shouldn't be running:
• elemental reflect
• -max all resist
• cannot leech life and mana
What feels bad:
• less area of effect
• 90% status avoidance
• hexproof
• temporal chains

For the budget option you will run Atziri's promise, Saphhire flask with Freeze immunity, and a Silver flask with curse removal.

If you want to kill guardians or shaper you will need swap your sacrificial harvest and chill of corruption for DPS jewels, buy pyre ring(couple chaos) and swap Vaal Ice Nova in your 6 - link for 20(21)/20 Vortex/Ice Nova. Add concentrated Effect instead of Increased Area of Effect and you're ready to go. I also recommend Mana and Atziri flasks instead of Quicksilver and Dying Sun.



Phoenix - due to his ignite immunity pyre ring is useless in that scenario. You can keep your standard jewlwery for this fight.

The sword in your off hand can be any 210+ phys dps sword as long as it has attack speeed and crit.
