PVP Status Check

Can someone please answer a few questions about the PVP...
Has there been a permanent cut throat league implemented? Is there a hostile button or something similar to Diablo 2? Can one player permanently kill another player in hardcore league? (well permanently remove them from hardcore legue) besides the bandit quest?? is there any kind of world PVP in this game besides battlegrounds and arenas?? Last bumped on Mar 8, 2016, 10:23:23 PM

" there is one and only one quest where you can do it its the bandit quest, you pick the opposite side your party members do and the you can kill them I dont see any any key!

" Don't forget all the inventive uses of Dominating Blow, Strongbox opening, mob baiting etc. Lots of fun ways of killing your friendly party members. == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 ==
