The winterheart amulet

A lot of people in PvM are confused on why they implemented this amulet,

But damn... when i turn around and look at the PvP side... This seems incredibly OP agains't anything that will freeze you and could potentially lead to being unkillable against cold damage that does not 1 shot, for exemple most cold spells or melee cold conversion skills.

10,000 life or es / 100 * 20 = 2,000 regen, from the amulet alone.

This is cake for the current immortal builds agains't cold damage, i know some of them already have over 2k from the tree already.

The way to use this would be paired with something like so you can remove the freeze when youre full hp :



Paired with life flasks.

I personally think 20% is way too much in pvp, what do you guys think haha xd ?

20% regen per second is way too much anywhere. The highest single regen% mod available is 4% on a legacy shavronne's revelation, which was considered so OP by GGG that they nerfed it to 3%. GGG is just setting themselves up to create yet another legacy item.

Is there a way to self reeze reliably right now? Hmphhh I remember ggg said something will come, for this amulet and the axe/melee weapon.

100% chance to freeze, Taste of hate (or Lcoil and 3 Dragons), Scold/Heartbound, Auxium, Life based build with little ES, it should work, but not really viable.

It's possible already to reliably self ignite and shock without too much sacrifices. If it's not already (I lost track of what uniques exist), it's just a matter of time before reliably self freezing becomes possible too.
