No points?

I just did a solo burst race a few minutes ago and got to lv6. I should have gotten 2 points for reaching lv5. I only started racing for the first time, and DID get 6 points yesterday, but nothing from this race.

I don't know why this is.

Did you delete your race characters? If the characters are deleted before the points are awarded your account will not be credited with them.

If you did not delete your character, then the system is being a bit slow. Give it a little time and then contact support to see if they have any additional suggestions or a reason for why you don't have your points.

Yeah I deleted it like half a minute after the race ended. I guess that was my ignorance of how slow the system works. I didn't want to have 3 slots of characters I'll never play again so I deleted them all. Not having a problem getting previous points made me think that would be fine.

I guess not :/

Yeah... It seems like if the points won't show up after few minutes, they get deleted. PLUS when you refresh your web profile more than 3 times per minute, the points will actually go down. I had 44 points - now i got 43. Go see yourself! https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/cpcraft

More likely user error (that it was 43 all along). If you 100% had 44, email support and they'll get you sorted.

I thought contacting support is the last thing i'll do. They have plenty of other problems to solve anyway...

Now it seems like the drive i had PoE on - i doesn't work anymore.
Any ideas?

Played the acrtic boss kill challenge a few hours ago (lasted 24h). Did manage to get up to dom but died there bc i could barely see the fkn clouds :'D

Have no points atm, char is not deleted. Did i have to beat mala to get my points or just system delay?
