My CI arc miner: Kallihun

If anyone is interested: my arc mine build.

Last week I posted the arc mine build I pvp with completely unnoticed in the witch subforums. Without wild claims or video footage, so it was to be expected :)

I've shared my build partially and fully in the past already with a few players.

And yes, I do think pvp mine damage needs a slight nerf. I suspect the problem again lies in what T is being used in the damage calculation.

Ho great now the arena will be filled with non moving player waiting for each others to suicide on their mine stacks :D
