The stun recovery really hurts it because now the only thing you can master craft is the flask recovery or energy shield. The only other belts for sale, that I could find, that are similar are priced at 2c and 5c but they are worse (they have more damage but the res is much worse). The other belts that are similar are priced at 15c and bids (that is they are so good they don't have buyouts). But they are quite a bit better since they have open crafting slots.

I would probably try to sell it at around 15c and go from there. Everyday it doesn't sell reduce it a little.

If that reduced stun wasn't on there it would easily be at least an exalt.
