Can't change the language

I started the game in Portuguese, but I wanted to go back to English. I've tried to change, it closes the game so I can start again with the new language, but the patcher launch the game fast and I can't switch the language.

Go in the production_Config.ini file located in My Games, and edit the Language to be "en" instead of whatever it is.

I don't even have the folder where these files should be. Reinstalling didn't help! What should I do?
