Vagan and Tora mods on T1 LLD bases

Elegant swords
Jagged foils
Antique rapiers
Royal bows

I know these are supposed to be pretty rare, but I have a feeling they might be a tad too extreme.
I've been doing 5x vagan and tora dailies (level 4) every day except on weekends since the 3rd week of tempest/warbands leagues and the results are quite depressing:

2 vagan skeans
1 vagan elegant sword
1 vagan jagged foil
3 vagan antique rapiers
4 tora royal bows

You'll notice I'm not including axes/maces etc because I don't bother with those but my point is that the amount of sub lvl 28 vagan and tora weapons you get from lvl 4 masters is, in my opinion, a bit on the low side.

.. Or maybe I'm just extremely unlucky ..

I'd agree. I they are gonna be in the game then should probably me a LITTLE more common.

Yes, simillar or even lower chances on weapons. Bows are more common for me.
