another rant about the schedule
the rant is actually not about the fact that ggg still cant manage to put a balanced schedule together after 13 seasons, its about the placement of the exiles everywhere events. so lets have a little look at the EE races in the central european timezone:
Sun 13.Sept 06:00am - BGC042 Sun 20.Sept 05:00am - BGC072 Sat 26.Sept 10:00am - BGC098 Wed 30.Oct 04:00pm - BGC117 so if you are a working person you will miss all EE events unless you fancy getting up before 10am on a saturday morning.. and its even worse for people in the GMT timezone. together with the rest of the poopy schedule it just pisses me off a bit.. | |
You are not the target audience of Path of Exile.

Why not repeat several races each day, out of order, at an interval that covers the worst of the holes in the schedule (for example, nothing on between 8pm and 1 am in aus/nz, the example itt, and so on)? Surely there must be some way to count performance from only the first race of a repeated event entered by an account that day, or to disallow entry into a double event.
The tally at the end of the day could be suspenseful, as the rankings wouldn't be immediately apparent from each race. I guess you top folks who know each other would prefer to race in the same events? Hmm. Pre-registration? ... |
