Leo 8 mod cost change

I was informed today by Bigfoot that leo 8s crafting mod was changed from 3blessed to 2EX!?
I'm kind of in disbelief. Can someone at GGG please shed light on why this would be considered necessary or good to suddenly change? I'm at a loss. | |

becouse leo pvp mod is the only useful master craft lvl 8 mod, other mods like haku and cata only allow for +3 craft but leo mod makes gg items

only thing i came up with was eliminating a few mods if you wanted exactly ias/cast speed on a ring...

We all know GGG doesn't give a fuck about PVP, LLD nor HLD :((( Nor do they seem to read their own forums,,,,, Well, except maybe for the mod that will prolly ban me for putting fuck and GGG in the same sentence.......twice. Yep the cost for Leo mod is absurd. I recently got a nice helmet ilvl 60 for 28 pvp, leo mod it, ex it (3 ex total) for a 4 dmg returned to attacker mod. Very expensive for a gamble. This effectively eliminates regalling high ilvl 6link 28 base items for 90% of llders. This mod essentially caters to those who can afford it... basically those already with great tier gear. Terrible change.
