PC for 2 jewels in tempest

Since there's no thread for PC in tempest, I'll try my luck here.

So I got these 2 jewels, that I have trouble setting a price for:

#1:
- 14% incr. dmg with daggers
- 6% ias while dual wielding
- 9% all resistances
- +10 to dex and int

#2:
- 16% incr. spell dmg while holding shield
- 5% incr cast speed with fire skills
- 5% incr ignite duration
- 3% chance to ignite

I'd be glad for some price indications.
