block chance redcution gem got nerf?

i use this but it shows that i only got benefit of the block reduction the dodge reduction does not show on my skill tornado-shot tab.

the "reduced enemy dodge chance" does show up in the tool-tip...but does not show in the skill tab section

some 1 wanna check and tell me u got same issue?

Mostly a tooltip bug, check with other skills but i reckon it's just a graphical bug and not a nerf.

Send a report to GGG after, i'm sur they gonna fix this in no time...
