As soon as I saw the new frost wall damages I immediately thought about that. I guess it will get an insane pvp damage reduction like Cast on Death if GGG have any idea how to balance the game.
EDIT : my Bad, it's an 1.3 build powered by chaos damage but I reckon it can be pretty bad in 2.0 with the new frost wall values. Last edited by IceDeal on Jun 28, 2015, 4:02:08 PM

Reason like I, who used to troll with FW, stopped use it was due to another change. It'll have a cooldown and will therefor be quite shit for pvp

Cooldown after 3 charges that you'll be able to bypass using a power charge. And as FW can't crit anymore in 2.0, just put romira on and you are good to namelock with great damages :http://cb.poedb.tw/us/gem.php?n=Frost+Wall

It will be completely useless as damaging spell like it is currently.
