New One Month League w/ Mtx Rewards

While we wait for Act 4 release this seems like a great way to get players to move out of their norm and try new leagues/hardcore.

Another one months league with a MTX reward would give players a reason to step out of the norm and keep us busy while we wait for the new content!

My suggestion for a MTX reward would be a nice weapon effect and or Black Seraph armor ( dying for Black Suit, would even pay IRL money for this! )
