Confused about this item

I'm thoroughly confused by this item. Here are my questions.

1. This is an item level 32 item (I've checked many times in game). I think it dropped 6 socket from a +socket chest (not sure) - but it dropped in act 3 normal somewhere. I almost vendor'ed it... but I'm pretty sure that would have been a huge mistake.

2. What should I do to make it better? Chaos? some other gem? What are the best mods ilevel 32 can get for a bow?

3. Can it be 6 linked? (I assume so because 6 sockets) If it is - does that make it a mirror worthy low level item?

the bow is pretty good roll for an ele build, altho most would op to get stormcloud. You can scour and try to reroll a phys LLD bow iwth prismweave recipe.

no limitation for linking, only for socketing

the additional socket can roll +1-2 sockets.

Thats how max 4 sockets item got 6.
