HLD/LLD - 1.4 Molten shell balance bump

Bumping molten shell again,
no need to write a roman about it, yall know what it is. 1 shots 9k+ Hp/Es in hld, 1 shots 1.2k+ Hp/Es in LLD. Varies a bit with crit and noncrit This is with competitive spell damage gear. it basically counters melee too much, Molten shell either needs a damage reduction for pvp or a cooldown to remove the spam. I do hope they change it with 1.4 Patch. Should give moar armour. At its current state no one uses it cause its too low armour, and that's why we use it right?

I dont think we can change it to provide that much more armour without affecting the pve side of it.
