PvP spectating problems

Since its impossible to spectate hld events due to needing to be in merciless (will this ever be changed?) I've been spectating the lld only events and every once in a while I get some of the following errors.

There are plenty of people that I have not friended that I can spectate. So why am I getting this error at all. The account in question is kuan's. Which is weird because he is on my friend's list (vice versa as well) and most of the time I can spectate him without problems. Except when it bugs out :/ Then there is the "can't spectate because you were ignored". Maybe you were ignored by my opponent?
Also in one pvp event i got too many trade requests so i put dnd mode on and thats might be another reason. | |

I am spectating and eating pop corn most of the time as well, but i never got any errors like that.
The dnd command might be the problem, as kuan mentioned. I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.
