Not sure if I want to sell it, the closest thing on poe.trade is 3 ex but I want the communities opinion. what is this worth?

I'd say as high as you're willing to go. That looks pretty close to a BIS item, your only limitation is how much money people might be willing to spend on LLD.

Crit and leech are two wasted stats on ele bow and the life isn't top tier.

Far worse than a +1 rearguard imo.
