80% of players on arena are archers , 80% of them use puncture. GGG are you blind or what? When all that things will be nerfed???

My guess is this is moreso because tornado/puncture is still one of the popular pve specs. If you're talking about lld several people also published their builds on the forums. In lld puncture can be bad with a 200 dps bow. There are plenthy of these in the major leagues, not so many in temporary leagues. In hld try to use tornado/puncture on someone with acro/ondars and cwdt-ec-ic-incr duration, it will be seriously gimped, not broken.

Read the patch notes, you're gonna be immune to bleed for duration of flasks with proper mod.

Yeah they're not good, if you're losing to them, you could use some gearing or spec advice.
