For bows to be usable it most likely doesn't, it just sucks how it is pretty much the only option.
molten didn't need a nerf imo, but whatever.

spark didn't need a buff imo, but whatever

I expected more adjustments rather than a few skill damage changes. I mean if that's all they learnt from Season 1 then i give up on PvP in PoE.

Molten strike instantly killed me with 85 fire res and 1100 life, as well as 58%+ phys reduc.

Armor does almost nothing in pvp. 8k armor or 70% is one more hit to die than 500 armor and 40% reduction. Tested with a friend.

For my 1500hp 5 hits when high armor instead of 4.

protip to everyone who might not know, tooltips in PvP are a huge lie. This goes especially for accuracy, armor, and evasion tooltips. Use their respective formulas to see what happens.

More often than not that 1500 armor or evasion is often reducing 15% phys damage or 15% chance to evade if the enemy has an average 800 accuracy.

armor is again shit as most lld builds have more ele damage than phys, most molten users do 100% ele coz of phys to light. Armor wont help u there.
