I tried......
It does about 30 damage per second (actual damage on another player with 75% fire res) and is horrible. 404 life, 800 ES. Well a year ago it killed pretty much most people in 1-2seconds
It's hard to remember what you have forgotten

A few people have tried RF for LLD, it's never been good. Should've just asked, would've saved you a lot of effort.

yeah you can sustain it for the whole round by popin 1-2 flasks but the dmg is redic crap, since a year or something.

Even when RF was ridiculously strong in HLD a little over a year ago, it still sucked in LLD. There was one melee guy who used it as a secondary skill in short bursts but that was about it.
